Demnach f\u00fchrt das Landesamt f\u00fcr Natur, Umwelt und Klima Nordrgein-Westfalen (LANUK) ein landesweites Kataster der gesetzlich gesch\u00fctzten Alleen. Bei den gesetzlich gesch\u00fctzten Alleen handelt es sich nach Absatz 1 des Gesetzes um Alleen, die an \u00f6ffentlichen oder privaten Verkehrsfl\u00e4chen und Wirtschaftswegen stehen. Beim Alleenkataster handelt sich um die zurzeit im Aufbau befindliche Datensammlung der gesetzlich gesch\u00fctzten Alleen in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die Informationen zu den hier erfassten Alleen wurden aus verschiedensten Datenquellen zusammengetragen und in einem geografischen Informationssystem vereinheitlicht dargestellt.
