Der Datensatz umfasst Polygone der 192 Wuppertaler Stimmbezirke. Sie werden in der kleinräumigen Gliederung der Stadt Wuppertal geführt, einem Knoten- und Kantenmodell der Stadt, das als Raumbezugsbasis der Wuppertaler Kommunalstatistik dient. Innerhalb dieses Systems werden die Stimmbezirke flächenhaft aus Baublöcken und Baublockteilflächen aggregiert, wobei sie gleichzeitig eine echte Unterteilung der Kommunalwahlbezirke bilden. Die Wuppertaler Stimmbezirke sind langfristig konstant. Änderungen werden durch den Bürgermeister nur dann vorgenommen, wenn Veränderungen in der Bevölkerungsverteilung oder verfassungsgerichtliche Vorgaben dies erforderlich machen. Letztmalig geschah dies am 16.01.2025 für die Kommunalwahlen am 14. September 2025. Zukünftige Veränderungen der Wuppertaler Stimmbezirke sind nicht vorhersehbar. Der ATOM Feed Downloadservice für Wuppertaler Stimmbezirke stellt einen Datensatz zum Download bereit, der Polygone der 221 Wuppertaler Stimmbezirke umfasst. Diese werden in der kleinräumigen Gliederung der Stadt Wuppertal geführt, einem Knoten- und Kantenmodell der Stadt, das als Raumbezugsbasis der Wuppertaler Kommunalstatistik dient. Innerhalb dieses Systems werden die Stimmbezirke flächenhaft aus Baublöcken und Baublockteilflächen aggregiert, wobei sie gleichzeitig eine echte Unterteilung der Kommunalwahlbezirke bilden.
