Privilegierte Flächen Autobahn Kreis Kleve

In dem Layer „Privilegierte Flächen Autobahn Kreis Kleve“ werden die privilegierten Flächen für Freiflächenphotovoltaikanlagen angezeigt. Es handelt sich dabei um „Privilegierte Flächen nach § 35 Abs. Satz 8b BauGB“ welche entlang von Autobahnen für die eine Privilegierung nach diesem Paragraphen zulässig ist. Mit einem Klick auf die Fläche können nähere Angaben zum Gebiet an dem Standort angezeigt werden.

Die Daten stammen vom Energieatlas des Landesamtes für Natur, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz Nordrhein-Westfalen.
