Der Datensatz gibt die Inhalte der Bodenkarte 1 : 50.000 von Nordrhein-Westfalen bis Dezember 2016 blattschnittfrei, landesweit flächendeckend wieder. Jede einzelne Fläche wird bei Abruf der Informationen aus einem GIS beschrieben hinsichtlich Bodeneinheit, vereinfachtem Bodentyp, Bodenartengruppe des Oberbodens, Staunässe, Grundwasser, Schutzwürdigen Böden, Durchwurzelbarkeit, optimaler Flurabstand, Erodierbarkeit des Oberbodens, Kapillaraufstieg von Grundwasser, nutzbare Feldkapazität, Feldkapazität, Luftkapazität, gesättigte Wasserleitfähigkeit, Versickerungseignung, Kationenaustauschkapazität. ökologische Feuchtestufe, Gesamtfilterfähigkeit, Grabbarkeit, Eignung für Erdwärmekollektoren, Denitrifikationspotential und Verdichtungsempfindlichkeit.
