3D Stadtmodell

Das 3D-Stadtmodell im Level of Detail 1 (LOD1) enthält 3D-Gebäudedaten im sogenannten Klötzchenmodell, welches alle Gebäude mit Flachdächern darstellt. Abgeleitet wird es mit Hilfe der Gebäudegrundrisse aus dem Amtlichen Liegenschaftskatasterinformationssystem (ALKIS), der mittleren Gebäudehöhe aus dem Digitalen Oberflächenmodell (DOM) und der Höhenlage aus dem Digitalen Geländemodell (DGM). Die Daten werden für jeden Stadtbezirk im Shape, DXF und CityGML-Format zur Verfügung gestellt.
