Asyl - Übergangswohnheime

Als kreisfreie Stadt steht die Landeshauptstadt Dresden in der Verantwortung, ihren Beitrag für die Unterstützung der geflüchteten Menschen zu leisten. Das ist nicht nur eine moralische Verpflichtung. Es ist auch verbindlich im § 2 des Sächsischen Flüchtlingsaufnahmegesetzes geregelt. Die Stadt darf nicht auswählen "wen" sie aufnimmt. Dresden hat die Pflicht, Unterbringung, Versorgung und Betreuung aller ihr zugewiesenen Asylsuchenden sicherzustellen.
