Kartenlayer Vogelschutzgebiete NRW

Wichtiger Hinweis: Der Datensatz wird unter OpenData NRW täglich aktualisiert! Der Karten-Layer Vogelschutzgebiete kann im Web Map Service Landschaftsinformationssammlung (WMS LINFOS) ausgewählt werden und zeigt die Lage und räumliche Ausdehnung der Vogelschutzgebiete in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Diese Vogelschutzgebiete sind Gebiete von gemeinschaftlicher Bedeutung (EU), die zum Schutz von Vogelarten gemäß der Vogelschutz-Richtlinie für das Netz NATURA 2000 gemeldet wurden. Im Anhang I der Vogelschutz-Richtlinie (Richtlinie 79/409/EWG) sind ausgewählte Vogelarten aufgeführt, für die besondere Schutzgebiete ausgewiesen werden müssen (vgl. Art. 4 (1) VS-Richtlinie). Darüber hinaus sind auch für alle Zugvogelarten und deren Brut-, Mauser-, Überwinterungs- und Rastgebiete bei der Wanderung entsprechende Schutzgebiete auszuweisen.
