Landschaftselemente INVEKOS Schleswig-Holstein

Landschaftselemente in Schleswig Holstein zum Stichtag 31.12.2024. Das System zur Identifizierung landwirtschaftlicher Parzellen (LPIS) nach Artikel 66 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2021/2116 ist Bestandteil des Integrierten Verwaltungs- und Kontrollsystems (InVeKoS). Landschaftselemente sind nicht landwirtschaftlich nutzbare natürliche oder naturnahe Strukturelemente, die Teil der beihilfefähigen Fläche sein können, wenn sie in unmittelbarem räumlichen Zusammenhang zur förderfähigen landwirtschaftlichen Fläche stehen. Nach § 23 der GAPKondV unterliegen die Landschaftselemente einem Beseitigungsverbot.
