Stadtviertel Köln

Ein Stadtviertel ist Teil der Kommunalen Gebietsgliederung. Dieses hierarchische System gliedert das Kölner Stadtgebiet auf verschiedenen Ebenen in eine Stadtstruktur und Blockstruktur. Weitere Bestandteile sind eine Straßenstruktur und Adressen. Die gesamte Kommunale Gebietsgliederung wird in dieser Veröffentlichung erläutert. Definition: Stadtviertel sind Gebiete, die nach sozio-demographischer, baulicher oder nutzungsspezifischer Struktur geschlossene Räume bilden. Sie fassen Blockabschnitte zusammen und liegen immer vollständig innerhalb von Stadtteilen, bilden diese aber nicht immer flächendeckend ab. Insbesondere Frei- und Grünflächen gehören in der Regel keinem Stadtviertel an. Typische Stadtviertel sind Kirchspiele, Dorfkerne, Wohnsiedlungen, Gewerbeparks und Industriegebiete. In Köln kommt dem Viertel (Veedel) auch umgangssprachlich besondere Bedeutung zu. Bei der Stadtviertelbenamung erhalten alle Industriegebiete das Kürzel GI und alle Gewerbegebiete das Kürzel GE vorangestellt. Erläuterung der Attribute ist dem Shapefile als CSV beigefügt. Koordinatensystem Shapefile: ETRS 1989 UTM Zone 32N Koordinatensystem KMZ & JSON: WGS 1984 Alle Geodaten der der Kommunalen Gebietsgliederung, wahlorganisatorische Einheiten und weitere Gebietsgliederungen enthält der Datensatz Raumbezugssystem Geopackage.
